Not many recruitment companies can claim that whilst in the training scheme you will have a dedicated Training Manager who has worked closely with the business in order to identify the specific skills that help to develop a high-performer. Our dedication to the growth of the business from the bottom-up is illustrated in the fact that at the present time over 70% of our recruitment consultants joined through the training scheme.

 

Your training will consist of both on-the-job training, with weekly feedback sessions, combined with classroom based training. Modules vary from 'Effective Learning' to 'Perception' training, as well as the more traditional skills within recruitment such as 'Successful Head –Hunting' and 'Advertising'. Our training programme has been developed over the past years to be as effective and in-depth as possible and includes coaching, mentoring and even work-shadowing.
